Tall Bellflower is the bright blue star in any woodland garden! An excellent "specimen plant," it makes its presence known in mid-summer. From the Campanulaceae family, its native range to the east central United States. Grand spires of blue, 5-pointed, star-shaped flowers are irresistible to passing hummingbirds. Tall Bellflower prefers a moist rich soil in full to partial shade. Easy to grow, it self sows readily and is typically biennial.
