Trillium erectum
Common Name: Red Trillium
Though normally deep red, this spring-flowering trillium offers variable flower colors of red, white, maroon, pink, greenish yellow and purplish red. The flower stalk may be erect, inclined or bent downward; petals do not overlap. The foliage is broadly oval to almost diamond-shaped. Plants are stalkless to nearly stalkless.
